Rafa Soler, chef of Audrey’s Restaurant (Calpe) with Michelin star, has offered a meal and dinner service with total success in the restaurant of the Hotel Palacio Vallier (5*)

The Perfumería, the restaurant Hotel Palacio Vallier (5*), has closed the first edition of “Guest Chef” with an absolute success of participation. This is a culinary event in which different chefs with Michelin star will come as guests to the Restaurant La Perfumería de Valencia to prepare a menu maridado.

 

The first edition of this cycle has starred Rafa Soler, chef of Audrey’s Restaurant. Soler, elected best chef in 2020 at the X edition of the Club de Gourmets Awards. Soler, which features a Michelin star and a Repsol Sun at its Audrey’s restaurant, located at the AR Diamante Beach (Calpe) hotel, has offered a menu of wine tasting made with seasonal products:

  • Red tomato entomacat in preservatives and green pickles
  • White Rose who came from the Sea
  • Corn coke, rap liver and lobster
  • Rice broth, chirlas and hinojo
  • Ostra valenciana cured, lemon roasted and caviar
  • Nabo, mushrooms, ball and beans
  • Calpe white prawn gazpacho with berbets and hedgehogs
  • Patata, all i pebre and tuna heart
  • Albufera eel cake with snail broth
  • Melosy rice of pychon, mushrooms and clay
  • Apio and apple
  • Soufflé milk sweet liquid with creme fraîche

“A very nice and special event that I felt at home. A thousand thanks to the entire team of La Perfumería. These initiatives are the ones that make the difference with the rest,” said chef Rafa Soler.

For his part, the Director of the Vallier Palace, César Rionda has highlighted the absolute success of this first edition of the gastronomic cycle and has assured that “in La Perfumería we want to continue to make the difference, offering new experiences and sensations to the public in an emblematic space, ideal to taste the most outstanding dishes of the best chefs in the country”.

Next Monday, 21 November, a second session will be held with Fernanda Fuentes, chef at the NUB Restaurant in Tenerife.
