The vegan kebap of Beykebap marks the difference in its sector, because it opts for the 100% vegetable protein of the Heura brand. This company produces a product that imitates the texture and taste of chicken in an almost accurate way, in addition to offering an abundant product in vitamins, such as B12, and minerals.

Why are these vegan options in a Kebaps chain?
From Beykebap they are aware that those who go to their locals want to enjoy the authentic Kebap and the original Turkish flavor, including their current vegetarian audience.

From the chain, they express that Turkey is one of the largest promoters of the Mediterranean diet, with a wide variety of recipes that in origin (in spite of the widespread lack of knowledge) are already vegans and vegetarians and have incorporated in their restaurants. Accesorios para Jeep

Perihan Yucel, CEO of Beykebap and main driver of this change, tells why to include these new vegetable protein products:

“Now these same people who tasted our homemade hummus, falafels and tabbouleh can enjoy the vegan protein kebap with a characteristic chicken flavor and the style of Turkey, with soy yogurt sauce. We are the first to incorporate this innovation, as we have detected that it was a real demand for our audience.”

Currently in Beykebap and Namm 50% of the options of your card are already vegetarian or vegan, starting soon a new salad. In addition, work has also been done to reduce the environmental impact of the brand, both in the food offered, and in the utensils and containers used in its premises.

“On the other hand, we are constantly working to satisfy the requests of our customers, both meat lovers, vegetarians or vegans. In this way, we want to improve your experience with Turkish gastronomy, putting at your fingertips not only innovations such as vegetable protein, but also less well-known recipes in Spain but originating from Turkey, very tasty and also healthy for them, and for our environment.”

How have Kebap consumers responded to this new product?
Berta Molina, marketing director of BeyKebab, responded to this issue:

“The product has only been in our premises for two months and already 6% of our regular consumers are tasting it. In fact, since Heura, we have been congratulated for the successful harvest and we are sure that the welcome will be even better with our upcoming releases, such as the vegan dürüm. We hope that many will come to check for themselves these vegan news.”
