Again the woman health is affected greatly when she acquires the stage of menopause in her life. It is the condition when the monthly cycle stops occurring. Though the menstruation stops temporarily when a women gets pregnant and it resumes automatically after 6 to 10 months of the delivery of the baby. However in case beyond an age of 40 to 45 if a woman does not experience menstruation for more than 10 months, it may be a stage of menopause. Due to menopause a woman experiences different health disorders in her life, which may include stress, weight gain, unnecessary anxiety, hair loss, depression etc. A sort of hormonal imbalance is observed due to menopause because after menopause body doesn’t produce important hormones such as progesterone and estrogen. A woman should not eat unhealthy and spicy food after acquiring the stage of menopause. It will help reducing the symptoms. If you take alcoholic drinks, you are advised to avoid taking alcoholic drinks. If you feel extreme dryness in the vaginal area, you can use some good quality herbal based lubricants. Taking a glass of hot milk before going to bed in the night is very helpful in avoiding the disorders due to menopause.
