- 500 grams of peas in their pods.
- 500 grams of beef.
- 500 grams of chuguas.
- 500 grams of pork rib.
- 500 grams of cubes.
- 500 grams of coldjol green.
- 500 grams of broad beans.
- 500 grams of small criolla potatoto.
- 500 grams of small sabanera potatoto.
- 500 grams of chicken cut into pieces, or prey.
- 2 large big-headed onions, finely sliced.
- 2 ears of corn cut into pieces to taste.
- 3 chopped long onion wedges.
- 6 heads of garlic.
- 8 tomatoes.
- Oil.
- Thyme and bay leaf.
- Salt and color to taste.
Preparationn of the boyacense stew:
Step 1:
turn on the stove, place a large pot, pour two tablespoons of oil and add 4 heads of garlic, the 2 large big-headed onions, chopped, the 3 wedges of chopped long onion and put them to fryr for a few minutes.
Step 2:
now, add to the pot the 8 previously chopped tomatoes and color to taste, let it mix for a few more minutess until a stew is made.

at the same time, take the beef, pork ribs and chicken and cut them into pieces according ton the nonumber of people it will serves.
Step 4:
so, include the beef, pork ribs, and large pot chicken with the stew.Then, pour water so that it barely covers the ingredients completely and mix them well.
Step 5:
let the stew cook for 5 minutes until it releases substance, then add the following ingredients: frygreen jol, sabanera potato, corn on the cob, thyme and bay leaf to taste, chuguas, broad beans and Creole potatoes, in that specific orderfico.
Step 6:
cover the large pot and let it cook for 40 minutes.Once time passes, uncover and serve yourself.
