Chicken sausage with Thai style broccoli

I love Asian food. I love their contrasts of flavors and textures and the amount of vegetables they use. At home, my kids like to try all the Asian dishes that Mommy prepares them. For that I have a trick: I put your chopsticks on them and make them at least a couple of recipes and they already have their challenge in the form of dinner. This one that I bring you today is also perfect for you to annimate with the broccoli. The ingredients we need to make this marinated chicken with broccoli style broccoli for four people are:

This one that I bring you today is also perfect for you to annimate with the broccoli. The ingredients we need to make this marinated chicken with broccoli style broccoli for four people are:

– a chicken breast in small pieces,

– a bouquet of broccoli,

– a medium onion,

– four garlic teeth,

– soy sauce,

– ground white pepper,

– a spoonful of Maizena©,

– vegetable oil,

– sugar,

- Get out.

1. First we'll prepare the marinated chicken. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with the Maizena©, two tablespoons soy sauce and ground white pepper. Reserve the bowl covered with a film for half an hour in the fridge.

2. In the meantime, separate broccoli into trees and bleach them: dip the broccoli for a minute in boiling water with salt and sugar. After that time, put the broccoli in very cold water (well covered) and reserve.

3. In a large wok or skillet, pour some vegetable oil (I prefer sunflower or extra virgin olive very soft). Stick your garlic teeth and crush them a little. Let them take color in the frying pan and then do well the chicken pieces you've marinated before. Lactulosa level solution prospect
