The banking entity supports the franchise group business plan thanks to an agreement with preferential terms for investors on both brands
The group Dihme, a Spanish firm dedicated to the management and development of restoration and leisure franchises, has closed a collaboration agreement with BBVA aimed at the new franchises of the group. This alliance with the financial entity will enable the deployment of the MolsonCoors and La Sagra Brew restaurant network that Dihme will open under the teachings Blue Moon and The Sacred Factory for the next four years.
The financial entity supports an ambitious and unique project in the field of organized restoration, which contemplates the opening by all the Spanish geography of 60 restaurants with a total investment of approximately 20 million euros. This plan will allow the Dihme group to reach a sales figure on the horizon of the year 2022 of 50 million euros. In 2018, the billing of this firm exceeds 12 million euros.

Land in Europe by the hand of Dihme
The franchises Blue Moon they disembark in Spain and in Europe by the hand of group Dihme. Restaurants of the Sacred Factory, which require an investment of at least 150,000 euros, will have a minimum area of 150 square meters and will be located on the front line of the street. The expected level of turnover in the first year of activity will be €450,000 and the return of the investment will also be achieved in two and a half years.
Globally, the Dihme project with MolsonCoors and La Sagra Brew and funded by BBVA will have a relevant socio-economic impact. It supposes the creation of 600 direct jobs and will generate a demand in the companies providing goods and services of approximately 150 million euros of billing.
