Ingredients

1 pumpkin (2kg), cut in half and without seeds

2 chopped garlic teeth
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 handful of fresh berries, without stems
56gr of gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
(1/2 cup) spicy pecans

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Put in a baking tray a silicone mould or oven paper.
2. Place the pumpkin, the cut down part, on the oven paper and bake, without covering, for about 1 hour, until tender. Let the pumpkin cool until it can be manipulated and then scratch the spaghetti. It must have about 4 cups, we reserve.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds. Add pumpkin spaghetti and parsley, stir to combine. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1⁄4 teaspoon salt and 1⁄4 teaspoon of pepper.
4. To serve, mix the berries with 2 teaspoons remaining from the lemon juice, the 4 teaspoons of oil, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Share the pumpkin mixture on individual dishes or on a serving dish. Cover with berries, gorgonzola cheese and spicy pecans. Free porn comics
