- 1 pinch of pepper.

Preparation
Prepare a Cocada of Colombian Fish
involves an approximate preparation of 10 minutes, and a cooking time of 30 minutes. And the steps to follow are as follows: Vinos de Granada

- Wash well each of the vegetables, and proceed tograting or chopping in tiny pieces
garlic, tomato, onion, paprika, aji, or cilantro. - Cut the fish in cubes of 3 cm approximately and seasonal to taste with salt, pepper or cumin. If it's your taste, it's time toolet the fish marinate
in lemon or orange juice for 5 to 10 minutes.
-If you wish, you can seal the fish on the plate for a couple of minutes (Optional).- Heat the oil to medium high heat
and add the onion for 1 or 2 minutes. - Add the garlic and paprika to the sofrito, mix, and leave it to fire 1 or 2 more minutes.
- Wash well each of the vegetables, and proceed tograting or chopping in tiny pieces
- Now incorporate the tomato, the herbs, and the cilantro.
- Mix with a palette or wooden spoon
And leave the fire for 3 more minutes.
- Add coconut milk and seasonings. Now is when you can also add white wine or martini, and we let the sauce work for 5 minutes. (
Verify that the taste is not too salty, as the fish will already bring salt).
- Now,add the fish and let it cook on medium low heat
for about 15 minutes. (
If you do it in steaks, you should turn around for half a cooking.
- Serve with abundant sauce and companions of your preference.
