The Perfumería, the restaurant Hotel Palacio Vallier (5*)organize the next Monday, 21 November a new edition of the cycle “Guest Chef”, a culinary event in which different chefs with Michelin star come as guests to the Restaurant La Perfumería de Valencia to prepare a menu maridado.
The protagonists of this edition are the chefs Fernanda Fuentes and Andrea Bernardi, owners of the NUB restaurant in Costa Adeje (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) which has a Michelin star since 2017.
Fernanda Fuentes is the only Chilean chef with a Michelin star. Since 2014, your NUB restaurant has become a reference to good eating by combining Italian-Chinese tradition with Canarian cuisine.
Sources and Bernardi will offer in La Perfumería a menu of wine tasting in the food and dinner services of Monday 21 November with limited places (it is essential to book previously by calling 960 661 307 or through the MYR Hotels website). The menu will have a price of 120 euros and will consist of:
- Crunchy of berbets
- Tupinambur and mushroom foam
- All i fish of eel
- Steak pier
- Crude of shrimp on toasted brioche in butter
- Milk pastry, old onion and herb ceviche
- Berenjena to parmesana
- Mero with sea toffee and thousands of potatoes and sweet potatoes
- Valencian orange cream
- Casting chocolate tart
“It is a unique occasion to taste, at home, the gastronomy of Fernanda Fuentes and Andrea Bernardi. A perfect fusion of Italian, Canary and Chilean cuisine that has deserved many distinctions in their career at the head of the NUB restaurant,” explains Germán Carrizo, gastronomic consultant, chef of La Perfumería and also winner of a Michelin star.
