Miguel de Frutos has been appointed new director of Expansion of First Workplaces -formerly Busining-, the first Spanish capital operator in the workspaces sector in Spain, with an area of 23,000 square meters in the eight currently contracted buildings.

Your appointment First Workplaces reinforces the company's team in order to implement a new expansion plan that will be developed over the next three years in Spain and Portugal, with which 20 new centers will be opened in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville or Bilbao to reach an area of more than 70,000 square meters.

Engineer de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de formación, de Frutos has more than 13 years of experience in development, financing and management of office, hotel and real estate projects. In addition it is project manager international of singular construction and infrastructures in Concession regime.

Prior to his passage through First Workplaces, he held different positions of responsibility in the sector, exercising in IWG Spain (Regus-Spaces), as senior development manager. Formerly he served as a senior technical-in-mobiliario consultant at Abama Ritz-Carlton de Tenerife and as head of international projects in Acciona Concessiones, temporarily performing functions as director of Exploitation of the concessionaire of the Hospital Infanta Sofia in San Sebastián de los Reyes and director of Operation and Maintenance in Windsor Essex Mobility Group (Ontario, Canada). De Frutos has a Master of Initiation to Leadership and Management in Civil Engineering, awarded by the Rafael del Pino Foundation. And it has been part of the Management of Real Estate Heritage and Asset Management Program of the Institute of Business.
