Do you always decide on  a workout regimen but fail to stick to it because of unlimited reasons? Have you ever wondered why you are not able to stick to it? There could be a number of reasons starting with busy routine, tiredness after work, feeling unwell or something as simple as you do not enjoy your routine workout.You would not realize what you are losing out on now, but at a later point of life regretting won’t help. It is not too late but before its too late lets jump start and workout our way to fitness.

Few things you could do are as follows.

1.To start with gets yourself checked for any ailment. Because if you are suffering from anything it could hinder your performance and hence workout. This tends to demotivate you and you may refrain from workouts for the rest of your life. So go for a workout regime that suits you and your health best.

 

2.Next step is to start with a routine and stick to it at least for a few weeks till you start seeing the results.Once you start observing the change in your body it will motivate you to keep going.

6.Get a trainer or anybody you like spending time with like your friend, spouse or kids.Think of it as some quality time you are having with you loved ones and not a workout.This will help you stick to your routine.

7.Try out your old but favorite clothes, which you cannot get into. Set goals to fit into those clothes. That ought to keep you going.
