This chocolate with strawberries
Good cream
(grassed vegetables made with frozen bananas) is as beautiful as delicious. The pieces of black chocolate make the healthy dessert taste especially decadent.

Ingredients
- 4 medium bananas, peeled, frozen at least 2 hours and cut into pieces of 1 inch (3 cups)
- 8 ounces of frozen strawberries (21⁄3 cups)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 ounce of black chocolate without sugar, chopped
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine frozen bananas, frozen strawberries, maple syrup (if used) and salt. Cover and process until soft and creamy, stopping the processor several times to scratch the sides. Add the chocolate.
- Serve immediately for soft ice cream or for a firmer ice cream, transfer the mixture to a hermetic container suitable for freezer. Freeze from 1 to 2 hours. If you wish, decorate with mint leaves.
