  • 4 blocks;

Preparation

Wash the apples well and remove the shell.Cut them into 4 pieces and remove the heart from the central part. Cut them into pretty little cubes. Take a saucepan and put the apples, butter and sugar in it. Cook for 5/10 minutes. A few minutes before turning off the fire, add the pine nuts and mix everything.

Let the apples cool for at least an hour.
