The choice to make a cake with chumbers is quite unusual, But I assure you it's really excellent and delicate.
It is very easy to prepare and do not be intimidated by the cleaning of the fruit because, I assure you, You'll have no difficulty following my advice.
The only recommendation is to buy ripe and soft fruit.
Ingredients
- 300 g of gluten-free flour mixture for desserts;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 glass of milk;
- 1 glass of sunflower oil;
- 160 g of sugar;
- 1 over gluten-free vanilla yeast;
- 8 tunas.
Preparation

Tamize the mixture flour for celiacs along with yeast and gradually incorporate them into the liquid mixture previously prepared. Be very careful not to form grumes, continuing with the shakers with insistence. Finally we added the chumbo fig pulp and we loved the dough for another 5 minutes.
