Herbalife Nutrition has been recognized as one of the prestigious ‘Elite 8’ rankings of the awards “Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces® Awards”, international awards that recognize those employers who make commitment, alignment and recognition somewhat central to the employee experience. Herbalife Nutrition has been chosen by its global programs that support the training of managers and how they contribute an added value effectively, autonomously and involved at all times.
To strengthen the work of managers in these unprecedented times and help employees adapt to new ways of working, the company has launched three initiatives related to people management and technology.
E-Learning Programs
Herbalife Nutrition created several digital training platforms around the world, with more than 16,000 distance courses, which allowed managers to manage remote equipment and help them in this world's migration to the online.
Coaching and virtual debates
The company launched a new development and coaching tool to make employees and their managers use it during individual coaching sessions. The tool served as a catalyst for ongoing and frequent discussions that provided the framework to help managers stay connected and share valuable feedback on real-time performance.
Globalized advisory programmes
The company launched the RISE global mentoring pilot program, mentoring programs that allowed linking leaders with junior managers based on the profiles of both. The complete list of Elite 8 2021 winners is as follows: Air Canada for its purpose and leadership, Cadillac Fairview Corporation for its policy of membership, equity and inclusion, Herbalife Nutrition for the Empowerment of Manager, Insight Enterprises for its responsibility and performance, Lloyds Banking Group for Welfare, Meijer for its recognition and rewards program and WPS for the alignment of its culture.
With this, there are already numerous awards, national and international, that Herbalife Nutrition has received since 2019. Among them, this year in Ireland highlights the awards of sports nutrition Men’s Fitness Magazine’s Sports Nutrition Awards for several of its Herbalife24 products.
