Winter is a lazy time for your body but it is a rough time for your skin especially the skin on your feet. Our feet are the most abused and neglected part of our body. And during winter their troubles begin.Many people don’t take proper care of their feet during dry and rough weather. As a result we suffer from major feet problems including cracked and bleeding heels.

Instructions
A very basic step to taking care of your feet every day is to soak them in warm water after adding a little Epsom salt to it.This will not only rejuvenate your tired feet but also help get rid of dry and dead skin.
Soak your feet in a tub of warm water in which foot salts have been added. Keep them soaked for 15 minutes or until the water cools. Take a foot scrubber and scrub the dead skin cells from your heels.
Dry with a towel and slather olive oil or glycerin or Vaseline on the feet. Slip on a pair of cotton sock and retire for the night. In a week’s time you will see the difference.
After bath dry your feet well. Take your favorite cocoa shea body butter and smooth your feet with it. Wear your socks and begin your day. Your feet will remain warm and soft throughout.
If you don’t have time for a pedicure simply scrub your feet in the shower using a walnut or apricot shell scrub. The scrubs are safe to use on the skin of your feet. Massage the scrub on the feet for 2 to 3 minutes and wash with lukewarm water.
Moisturize your feet with an Alpha Hydroxy Acid lotion. The scrub and lotion will prevent your feet from getting dry during the winters. Your exfoliated feet will last for the rest of the winters.
Choose any of these foot care routine and follow it regularly for two weeks. After two weeks you will notice a huge difference in the skin texture of your feet. After this following a regular routine of cleaning and moisturizing your feet will help you pull through the rough winter with ease.
