  • Ingredients: 4 Eggs, 1 Tea spoon white vinegar, Salt and pepper as per taste.
  • Fill a thick bottom pan by half with water. Mix white vinegar into it. Set the flame at medium.
  • In a small bowl, carefully break one egg and slowly draw into the vessel on the heat. Follow the same with rest of the 3 eggs.
  • Cook these eggs for 4 minutes or until the white portions of eggs (albumen) get cooked thoroughly while the yellow ones (yolk) half cooked.
  • With the help of a deep spoon or ladle, take out the eggs one by one carefully. Keep them on the plate. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve hot.

  • Eggs are usually stored in refrigerator’s door which goes open and shut all along the day affect eggs badly. It is advisable to put eggs remain in their carton in the refrigerator so that they get even temperature every time.
  • To check whether an egg is fresh or stale, put it into a vessel filled with water. if egg starts floating on the surface of the water, the egg is stale. On the contrary, if egg sinks to the bottom of the vessel, it is fresh.
  • If you want to utilize only egg’s white portion, draw a small hole on the upper side of the egg. Now shake eggs and carefully take out the white portion only.
