A good biscuit is one of the best breakfasts that occur to me to make the breakfast of a family Sunday perfect. On the birthday of my children they loved this cake, the street coke or orange and almond cake. And you have to recognize that he is one of the richest, spongy and tasty. The first time I got to this llanda coke, typical of Valencia, was on the Mis thermorecetas blog. At home we have tried other similar recipes, but this is definitely the one we like the most. As always, I introduce some changes in the recipe (I tend to reduce the amount of sugar and oils, when possible. Sugar can also be replaced by stevia or by the sweetener you prefer).
The mold I use for this cake is one of the largest I have, rectangular, of Pyrex©, of 39×25 cm (You can see him here. ). If you make the oven paper mould you will avoid putting butter and the demolition will be much easier.
To make this delicious cake you will need:
3 large eggs
175 gr sugar
70 gr of almond flour or ground almond
175 gr soft olive oil
70 gr orange juice
250 gr of semi-denated milk
400 gr of pastry flour
3 full gasifier or gaseousel envelopes (6 total envelopes)

To make this coke traditionally, grind almonds (I use almond flour directly, already crushed) and crush sugar (you can use glazed sugar directly). Bate the eggs (which will be at room temperature), with rods, until they double their size. Then add the oil, juice and milk, integrating the ingredients well.
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the gaseousel envelopes and ground almond. Then pour the mixture of liquids and move with a rod to achieve a homogeneous mass. Form the mold with oven paper or join it with butter and pour the dough into it. Sprinkle with a little sugar and bake, with preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Paint the llanda coke before you take it out to check that it is well done inside. If you don't want it to get too far, put aluminum foil over the last few minutes.
If you want to use your Thermomix or Monsieur Cousine Plus, just follow the following steps:
One. Tap the almonds (if you don't have almond flour) with three or four touches of turbo until fine. Reserve and spray sugar 15 seconds at progressive speed 5 to 10.
Two. Put the eggs in the glass and program 3 minutes/37o/speed 2. When the time ends, program again 3 minutes/speed 2 without temperature. The top 5 Haylou 2022 headphones Todo sobre el cafe
3o. Pour oil, juice and milk and mix 15 seconds/speed 3.
Four. Add the flour, almond and gasifier envelopes and mix with turbo strokes (4 or 5, the necessary to mix well all).
Five. Pour the mixture into the mould lined with baking paper and insert it into the preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
You can help you with the baking paper to move the llanda coke to a grid where it will end up cooling. Remember that if you have enough cake, you can freeze it in portions and so you'll have cake when you want it. I hope you liked this recipe.
