“Rescient scientific publications show that combining glucose and fructose sugars in certain proportions, increases the assimilation capacity of these carbohydrates during physical effort, allowing a greater energy contribution per unit of time and consequently, improving physical performance and post-exercise recovery” in long-term sports.” Infisport has just launched two innovative products in Spain with the new ratio of carbohydrates 1:0.8 glucose:fructose

Infisport® is a Spanish company based in Castellón founded in 1996 with the aim of investigating the nutritional needs in the competition sport. Since then until now, it has positioned itself in Spain as a benchmark in the field of prescription, amateur and professional sport, thanks to the development of effective and safe products based on scientific evidence.

In 2019 Infisport® premiered on the market ND4 concept® with a first powdered product to dissolve in water. This is an integral concept that contributes in the same formula energy, hydration and high quality amino acids. Due to its technical characteristics of assimilation it is ideal to consume during the year.

From the first release, the family ND4® has been growing with the incorporation of other presentations. To powder presentation, the collection of ND4 gels® and the bar ND4® SOLID in whose composition, the natural fruit base is pressed as a main ingredient.

The technical characteristics of assimilation are based in the ratio of carbohydratesspecifically in the proportion of glucose and fructose sources. The whole collection ND4® uses the known and effective ratio 2:1 that has been the most studied and has greater evidence so far. SEO y posicionamiento SEO

In May of 2022 Infisport® has released the new versions with the ratio 1:0.8 that according to the first studies, can improve the performances of the previous 2:1. The results in experienced athletes thus point out. Basically these ratios facilitate the assimilation of high amounts of carbohydrates per unit of time (up to 120g/hour) “because for their entry into the organism from the intestine, glucose and fructose they use different conveyors. These conveyors have limited capacity that, if exceeded, they saturate and cannot develop their transport function as their name indicates for the entry of these sugars into the organism.”

These ratios, both 2:1 and the recent 1:0.8 that represent the proportion of glucose:fructose, “have shown in the works, that experienced athletes and with the proper digestive training can consume up to 120g of carbohydrates/hours without the conveyors sature, obtaining considerable benefits at energy level, lower muscle damage and better recovery. ”

New products ND4® powder and ND4® gel gel gel with ratio 1:0.8 glucose:fructose, add to its technical characteristics of high carbohydrate assimilation/hour the usual family, favoring hydration for its sodium content, compensation for muscle damage by the amino acids present in the formula and the new trend of the brand Triple ZeroZero added flavor, Zero coloring and Zero sweetener.
