It is a premium variety that combines the sweet flavor of the raspberry, the aromatic touch of the rose petals and the exoticism of the calendula flower. The result is a unique kombucha, with a labelling and upholstery design other than the rest, and completely different from any other known variety. It can only be tasted for limited time at the Coque Restaurant, and purchased at the Komvida online shop and in selected gourmet shops.
This union between a chef of the category of Mario Sandoval and an innovative Spanish startup like Komvida to create in symbiosis a new exclusive flavor, is a unique event where something spectacular can only come out.
The official presentation of the new taste has taken place today at the Coque Restaurant, where the chef has shown his satisfaction with this collaboration: “When Komvida proposed to me the challenge of creating a new variety of premium kombucha of exclusive flavor I accepted without doubt it. A healthy and delicious drink with international projection
Kombucha is a probiotic drink that is obtained from fermented tea. In its preparation, Komvida uses four ingredients: green tea, spring water, cane sugar and scoby (simbiosis of bacteria and yeasts in charge of the fermentation process). So far, the company had on the market six varieties, obtained with the incorporation of other 100% natural ingredients: Greenvida (traditional green tea); Berryvida (red fruits); Gingervida (jengibre and lemon); Apple, vanilla and cinnamon; Zanahoria and curcuum; and Kombujito (mojito).
Currently, Komvida has more than 3,000 points of sale from Spain and Portugal. In addition, the company has recently signed an agreement with an American distributor to market its products in the United States and Panama and has already begun to take the first steps to start its distribution in Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom, Nordic Countries, France and Germany.
