Cheese cream for light untar - ingredients
- 2 Diente/s Ajos
- 80 Grs. Red peppers
- 80 Grs. Yellow peppers
- 100 Grs. Cucumbers without nuggets
- 400 Grs. Fresh cheese Burgo 0% MG
- Untar cheese 0% MG in the original recipe use whole cheese
- 1⁄4 Ct. Curry
- 1⁄2 Ct. Spicy paprika
- 1⁄2 Ct. Sal
- 1⁄4 Ct. Black pepper
Cheese cream for light untar - Preparation
We put the garlic teeth in the glass and stumble for 5 seconds at speed 5. Then we added the peppers and cucumbers into large pieces and stumbled back 5 seconds at 5.
Since I had no yellow pepper I used green but I think yellow will go much better when it's sweeter.
We drain well all the liquid that has released the vegetables helping us with the bake.
Then add cheese and spices and mix for 10 or 15 seconds at speed 2, with spatula help. Fulares Portabebes
With the fresh cheese the texture is less creamy, although it is the one they use in the original recipe.
I tried to prepare it with philadelphia untar cheese and there's a much creamier texture left.
We can unite it in some biscuits, with roasted potatoes, like sauce for raw vegetables, etc..
We can also make different flavors using other ingredients to taste.
