Restaurants Trends, is the reference forum of senior managers of the most important brands in the catering sector in Spain, among which is smöoy that contributed his experience as a national brand of international projection.
The main theme of the discussion table focused on the engines of evolution in the current restoration seen from different angles: the experience given by the successful maintenance of a brand for decades; the development and management of a company that manages to impose itself and highlight beyond borders; the operational and complex business of the restoration in route, and the consolidation in the country of a successful American teaching with an intrinsic philosophy.
