Excesses with food and drink can cause stomach swelling, burning, indigestion or nausea, digestive symptoms that can be compensated by the taking of Marian cardo pharmacists. For example, according to INFITO and SEDCA data, Cantabria is one of the autonomous communities where more calories are consumed on these dates, as more than 1,400 calories can be eaten since the typical Christmas menu is composed of chochinillo or baked, caracoles to the mountain and desserts, such as torrijas or mugs.
