Casa Robles, a central restaurant in Seville specialized in a Dinner restaurant, echoes the information provided by the web portal Sevilla.org on the incorporation by the City Council of the Higher School of Hostelry of Seville to the network of Seville Sin Gluten.
All students belonging to the upper hospitality centre of the capital will have access to training courses on food security protocol to people of the celiac or gluten-sensitive collective. This program has been approved through the City Council, specifically by the Delegation of Animal Health and Welfare. The Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla has signed a collaboration agreement for the practical offer and expansion of establishments with such characteristics.
