The Tea Club increases its commitment to the South American country and will offer a Tea Blender course that will complement the already announced lessons of Sommelier de Té in Santiago de Chile
August 26 is the chosen date for the start of the course Tea Blender in Chile, with a week of duration, that will begin after the conclusion of Sommelier de Té, so it can be a good opportunity for those who want to further expand their knowledge of this infusion.
The program of the Tea Blender course covers classes from Monday to Friday from 18 to 21 hours, with an intensive final class on Saturday from 11 to 19 hours.
Santiago de Chile will be the second stop of this course during 2019, once over the week of Buenos Aires (starting on 17 June) and will be the prelude to their respective courses in the Brazilian city of Curitiba (23 September) and Barcelona (4 November).
Unlike the knowledge of the tea sommelier, which is expert in the culture, service, tasting and pairing of this infusion, the Tea Blender is trained to make tea blends with other ingredients.
The knowledge of this course, which will be led by Victoria Bisogno -founder and president of El Club del Té-, trains the participant to create harmonic blends of tea, after which the organoleptic qualities of it are not damaged by the components that are incorporated. Juegos, Tecnologia e Internet
Those responsible for this course ensure that it is sought to “transmit ideas, transport in time and place, and generate different sensations” through these actions related to tea, aimed especially at “entrepreneurs who wish to create their own brand of tea”, as well as lovers of this drink that, for pleasure, want to specialize in the design of tea blends.
Internationally valid certification
The combination of theoretical and practical classes achieves genuine technical professional training, recognized at the international level, thanks to the access of students to a wide variety of infusions with different origins and the mixtures necessary to acquire the knowledge necessary throughout these lessons.
Another highlight of this event is the participation of students in the Tea Blending Championship at the end of the program, in addition to a certificate that certifies that it has acquired correctly the main tasks of the Tea Blender.
The Tea Club is committed to Chile for the training of more experts in Tea Blender
