- 100 Grs. Green peppers
- 100 Grs. White brushes
- 100 Grs. Pumpkin
- 100 Grs. Virgin olive oil
- 2 Ct. Sal
- 1 Cd. Sweet paprika
Vegetable Coke with thermomix - Preparation
We prepare the dough.
We put in the glass the chopped vegetables in a homogeneous way, oil, salt and paprika and schedule 3 seconds, speed 4.
We'll preheat the oven to 200o.
We place the vegetables on the stretched mass and spread well to cover it completely.
We let the dough rest for a few minutes and then bake for about 20 minutes.
There's a very good, very leafy mass.
