As Rosario Barrios, director of Le Cordon Bleu Madrid says: “This award, in just ten years, has consolidated itself as one of the most interesting contests for the new generations of cooks. We want this scholarship to help you develop as professionals and as people, so you can fulfill all your dreams. Winners of previous editions such as Cristobal Muñoz (Promesas Award 2013), later winner of the Cocinero del Year Competition in 2022 or Ausiás Signes (Second Prize 2017), which has recently been proclaimed Pastelero Revelation 2022, makes it clear that the Prize is an inspiration and platform to achieve the challenges that the participants propose.” Korean Beauty
